Terrance J. Cody

Terrance (Terry) Cody grew up in small town Saskatchewan and in Saskatoon; He completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA Advanced) in 1986 with a major in Psychology and double minor in History and German language. He then embarked on a career in business for the ensuing 20 years. Terry’s business career allowed him to live and work in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba as well as parts of the United States before he returned to University to complete his Juris Doctor.
Terry's business experience and education, inform and augment his legal expertise. Terry practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate, general litigation and family law. Terry has served as an online instructor in the Agricultural Law program at Olds College and as Director of the Sylvan Lake Chamber of Commerce.
Terry has served on the board of several community organizations including the Business Attraction Retention and Expansion Committee (B.A.R.E.) of the Olds Institute, Rotary Club of Olds, and the Knights of Columbus. Terry is active in and believes deeply in being of service to the community.
Pamela Prudden
Student-At-Law

Pamela grew up on a cattle and grain farm in southern Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Regina obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 and her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Tasmania in 1999. Pamela took time away from her legal career to raise her children, then in 2023 obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
Prior to attending law school, Pamela worked as a legal assistant and was also an Alberta Land Agent. She has experience in corporate law, contract law, oil & gas, surface rights, mineral royalties, advocacy, wills and estates. Most recently, she gained experience in tax and succession planning for farmers.
In her free time Pamela enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, baking, sports and traveling
